Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During holidays or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via:

  • Local Delivery: Only available in certain areas.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered with in 2 to 8 business days.
  • Expedited Options: Delivered with in 1 to 4 business days.

Free shipping is available for orders over $100.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
